Our history
Temporī Systems, founded in 2022 by Jeremy Piper, emerged as a pioneering division of Piper Legal, focused on automating state-specific delinquency notice generation for property managers (Patent Pending 63/442,272). Building on Piper Legal’s expertise in landlord-tenant law and the importance of early and accurate delinquency notifications, Temporī Systems introduced a platform that integrates with property management software to streamline notice creation and delivery, enhancing payment frequency and operational efficiency. The company’s roots trace back to Landlordwiz.com, launched in 2007 by Jeremy Piper, which provided Michigan landlords with tools for compliant lease drafting and tenant notices. Temporī Systems expanded this vision, offering scalable, tech-driven solutions for the property management industry.
